About The Potter’s Girl Initiative

The founder is Damola Jaye, what inspired the creation is her passion for young girls to see them excel in life their backgrounds or situations notwithstanding.

The Potter’s Girl Initiative exists to empower girls to achieve their goals and dreams, regardless of background or circumstance. Through comprehensive mentorship, targeted training, and a supportive community, we help young women build confidence, develop essential life and leadership skills, and unlock their full potential. Rooted in the belief that every girl is uniquely crafted for a purpose, we provide access to resources, guidance, and inspiration; nurturing spiritual, emotional, and professional growth. Our mission is to raise a generation of girls who lead boldly, innovate fearlessly, and thrive fully—shaping a brighter future for themselves and their world.
